I gave it 4 star because on arrival the young girl at reception had no idea about soaking old set off. I had to tell her that before you soak you need to remove polish. She had no idea. Once nail tech took over, the rest was a breeze. Hardest part of nails is to get the correct shape & she "nailed" it. Can't remember her name other than it started with Q. Returning Jan for refills. A very good job.
